SHERATON GRAND KRAKOW, Krakow – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although nicely decorated with comfy beds, were not clean on arrival despite booking the hotel's driver. The back of the hotel was very peaceful. The service was friendly and welcoming, but the manager was unprofessional. The location was fairly central but took a bit of a walk to the city center. The dining experience was decent but not a great value. Overall, a hotel with potential but some aspects needing improvement.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Krakow's historic center, offering a quiet and comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds, but guests would appreciate the option of a continental breakfast. The service is excellent, with friendly and professional staff, especially Monika at the concierge desk, who goes above and beyond for guests. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, although some may find it a bit crowded. The dining experience is pleasant with good choices and delicious food available in both restaurants, Olive, and the sports bar. The facilities are well-maintained and offer everything guests need for a comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and overlooked the Vistula river and the Wawel Castle. The hotel staff were always smiling and happy to help. However, the hotel could benefit from some updates and more vibrancy. The early morning knock on the door for housekeeping was a bit too early for my liking, especially as check-out isn't until noon.
